General
By accessing and using this site you (the customer or user) agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this site. You also agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with these terms then unfortunately you cannot use this site.


Acknowledgement & Acceptance of your order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. If you require any information concerning your order please email us at sally@facemattersskincare.com quoting your order number. We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, if we have identified a product or pricing error or if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment. Please note that we reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


Inspection
You should inspect the merchandise upon receipt and check that everything is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel the order in accordance with your cancellation right and/or you return the goods in accordance with our Returns Policy. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the merchandise at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected. If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave written information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. Please be aware: these slips of confirmation are usually reported as being discarded as junk mail. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office’s specified timeframe (usually 7-14 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange for a new delivery. You will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.


Payments
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is acknowledged. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. The cardholders address must match the information held by the issuing authority. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Face Matters we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. Please note that we retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you.


Legally binding contract
Please remember that when we accept your submitted order for merchandise on this website, there will be a legally binding contract.

 

Reselling
All products you purchase are for your own personal use. You cannot resell them (but you can give them away as gifts). If you are a retailer, salon owner or beauty therapist and are interested in selling our products, please email us sally@facemattersskincare.com.


Information you provide
You agree to provide us with true & accurate information about yourself. It is your responsibility to update this information in the My Account section of the site. If you provide us with fraudulent or incorrect information, we reserve the right to close your account without prior notification to yourself.
Access to the My Account section of the Website is restricted to registered users only.


Copyright
We have worked hard to come up with the brand name, strapline, product names, logo, overall design, website, photos and we reserve the right to protect this identity. As such all content (whether it be text, graphics, photographs, logos, general design etc) are owned by Face Matters Skincare and is the exclusive property of us and our licensors.
No part of this site (or source HTML code) or its contents can be replicated, copied, transferred or adapted without prior written consent.


Prices
All prices include VAT.


Delivery
We endeavour to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt, however, sometimes this just isn’t possible – if this is the case, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched. The delivery times stated are estimates only and we cannot be held responsible for any delay caused by the delivery company.


Complaints
We strive to provide you with the very best levels of service, to use the highest quality raw materials and to deliver products that you love using. If however you are not entirely satisfied and would like to make a complaint please email us at sally@facemattersskincare.com and we will do our best to resolve your issue.


Accuracy of Information
All the information and contents of the site are provided to you in good faith and as far as we are aware, the information is accurate. However, we do not accept responsibility for any use or misuse of the information or products that result in damage to either you or your property. It is your responsibility to check the suitability or accuracy of the information, products or services. From time to time we may have to make changes to some of the products and we will do our best to ensure that all information that appears on the Site is correct but we cannot be held responsible or liable if any of the information is out of date or inaccurate. We also reserve the right to make any changes to these terms and conditions without giving you notice of these changes and you agree to any updates to these.
