returns policy

We always aim to offer the very best levels of service possible and we really hope that you love our natural skin care products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your item within 7 days of receiving your order.  All items must be received in original packaging and please do email sally@facemattersskincare.com with photos of any issues.


If you do wish to cancel an order, or if you are not satisfied with the products sent to you, please email us at sally@facemattersskincare.com to let us know which items you are not happy with and the reasons why you would like to return the item. You can either have a full refund on the cost of the products or you can exchange the product for something else.


Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely and for your own peace of mind, we recommend you send returned items by recorded delivery to ensure you are covered for compensation should it get lost in the post; unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.


Faulty Items or Items Sent In Error
If the product or the container is faulty, or if we’ve made a mistake with your order and sent you the wrong item, we will also refund the cost of the original delivery and we will also pay the postage costs you have incurred to send back the item.
Please just enclose the till receipt from the post office.
If you are sending back an item please include the following details:
· Your Full Name
· Your Full Address
· Your Order Number
· Your Reason for returning the products
