Why Hydration Matters

I’ve had quite a few queries these last few weeks with people concerned about skin that’s a bit unsettled.  It’s no surprise really as our skin reflects our overall health, including stress and mindset issues.

As we are pottering around at home more, whether working or not, most of us are probably drinking a little bit more coffee, the odd extra glass of wine (or two) and maybe nibbling on sweet treats or salty snacks and it’s so easy to forget that all of these have a diuretic effect on our systems.

So basically as we pop to the loo more we lose more fluid.  Your skin will thank you for an extra glass of water.

Not exactly rocket science I know but it is easy to forget….. and let’s face it a cocktail is so much more fun!
